Delete Your Account
If you no longer wish to use SERV, you can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data. Once processed, this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account credentials and profile information (name, email, city, avatar).
- Your padel rating and match history.
- Your booking records.
- Your favourite clubs list.
- Your friend connections and invite codes.
- Any push notification tokens associated with your account.
What We Cannot Delete
Certain data may be retained in anonymised form where required:
- Aggregate match statistics (your identity is removed, but the match record may remain for other players).
- Data we are legally required to retain under applicable law.
How Long It Takes
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to the address below from the email associated with your SERV account. Include “Delete My Account” in the subject line.
